Mentorship #

Mentorship is an opportunity for new joiners to learn personal experience, background and perspective. It’s also a chance for mentors to retrospect about the habit, workflow, and company cultures.

In TensorChord, we will assign a mentor for interns or fresh graduates.

Responsiblity #

• Mentor should guide the mentee about the tech stack and workflow, provide Q&A, offer feedback, help the mentee to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Mentee should be proactive in maintaining regular communication with their mentor, ask good questions, open to new ideas.

Arrangement #

Mentor should schedual a weekly 1-on-1 meeting with mentee.
